I’ve decided to finally speak up on this because he still seems to be getting into every artist’s boxes and idk if everyone knows.
He’s done some gross things to me and several other people in the community and I refuse to let him off scot-free. Please reblog. Get this to reach as many people in the community as possible. This is important.
I don’t like confrontation but I need to finally speak up on this. This cannot go on.

I'm just so scared now. Ask my friends are always dismissed and I can't bring it up to anyone in my life because they won't understand the do great I feel over something that's "just online comments". They were telling me they were going to hang me. That's not okay. I didn't deserve that. I'm so scared. I'm to scared to regress right now cause I know if I see any more of those comments when little I won't be able to handle it. No one in my life has ever gone easy on me I just need someone to listen to me when I'm upset and not dismiss it. I feel so dirty, my whole body feels dirty. Before it got really bad I was dealing with it by dehumanizing myself cause that's one of the few things that give me comfort, to just set my body as an object and my mind as unnecessary. But now I feel like my whole body is dirty and worthless. I'm so scared. I wish I had someone who would protect me. I'm so scared. I'm so alone and I'm so scared
To anyone who's been dealing with this heinous individual, I'm so sorry. Please don't let them deter you from making &/or enjoying Kirby content. This is not how the Kirby fandom is like & they must be reported & blocked on sight every single time.
Tumblr staff, is there any way to IP ban this person? They've done nothing but spamming people's asks with art requests & sending them very graphic threats if said requests are ignored. Other people can describe how awful they are better than I can, but that's the most basic summary I can provide.

I won't reblog @passiveagressivebastard because a fake account doesn’t deserve the platform. But I’ll address you directly, whoever you are for the first and last time, because honestly, I’m starting to question whether I’m even addressing adults. The level of pettiness is exhausting, and I value my peace far too much.
First of all, you say you’re not taking sides, but your entire post is a side. A long, passive aggressive (fitting name btw) one, full of speculation and personal attacks dressed up as “truth”. You conveniently leave out the fact that @signfromeywa shared proof that her character predates the ones she’s accused of copying, If truth really mattered here that wouldn’t have been ignored.
And then it gets even weirder. You bring up who someone ships with their OC and when, as if it’s some kind of scandal? What’s worse is the way you attempt to silence and shame someone from speaking openly about how this public targeting has affected her mental health. That is not something you get to weaponize. And calling someone a colonizer over OC's clothes and hair? Seriously? That’s where I stop taking anything else you say seriously.
If you're going to claim neutrality and stand for "truth," then that starts with holding yourself to those standards. You don't get to call people cowards while hiding behind fake accounts. You don’t get to claim moral high ground while cherry-picking assumptions, weaponizing people’s mental health, and making deeply personal accusations over fictional content.

I got accused of stealing the design form Ava from other artists, coz she has a white suit on and red curls. I proofed afterwards with a statement that she exsisted LONG before I joined the Avatar fandorm. But they don't stop talking openly about my name in bad manners, dragging my name to the mud. So here is my open statement I posted on bluesky already:
Just want to say: I see you, and I see your bullying behavior towards me. How you speak about me being evil while you call me a copycat and an entitled European. You step on me even though I just PROVED that my OC is not stolen. You never stop, even a person is already on the ground. You are evil. I'm not going to stop drawing a character in a white Lab coat just because these people don't like it. I can only advise you: if you see people publicly trashing other people, keep your distance from them. Don't support bullying. I didn't do anything wrong by having my character wear a white suit in a sci-fi franchise. It's a common trope in sci-fi, just like Ghost in the Cell and Alita: Battle Angel—just examples. Pinterest is full of such examples. So why shouldn't I have a character with a white suit? It's obvious in a sci-fi movie. Why can't my character have red curls to look like me? Is that forbidden now, too? Am I no longer allowed to have red curls?

But I won't let the perpetrators continue to bully me. They'll just continue to show their true color by continuing to publicly drag my name through the mud. I want to speak up about something important, not just for the person suffering in the center of this, but for all of us who love creating and engaging with art and writing. It’s deeply troubling to see an artist harassed simply for using long-established sci-fi design tropes, like a white suit or a cybernetic spine, especially since she was just having a good time in her own page without bothering anyone. These concepts are not proprietary elements. They’re part of a wide, rich creative language shared across decades of storytelling, from Ghost in the Shell to Alita, Mass Effect, The Matrix, and countless others. Suggesting someone "stole" an idea based on this kind of common imagery is not only unfair, it’s actively harmful to the spirit of artistic creation.
Let’s be clear, tropes like white futuristic suits, cybernetics, or cloning are not original concepts (much less the texture or color of a character's hair), they are building blocks. Policing who can use them and accusing others of theft over vague similarities only serves to create fear, exclusion, and hostility. This kind of gatekeeping has real consequences. It's exhausting and emotionally devastating for creators, especially for people who already have to deal with real life struggles. Turning this into a battleground over who’s "allowed" to have fun with an idea or a character concept is cruel. This artist provided receipts, showed that her character predates her joining the fandom, and yet the harassment continues. That’s not about plagiarism, it’s about control, and it needs to stop.
These spaces should be a place for creative freedom, connection, and play. When we start acting like gatekeepers of tropes or aesthetics, we lose sight of what makes these communities special. It's okay to share similar ideas. It’s okay to be inspired. It’s not okay to weaponize vague resemblance into public shaming campaigns.

i find it interesting how when discussing internet communities and spaces, the common defence is that the communities' members are minors/neurodivergent/autistic/etc so we shouldn't bully them rather than that we shouldn't bully people on principle?
like, the phrase "don't bully people" shouldn't require qualifiers like "because they're [x];" it should stand on its own. because by that logic, if someone committed the crime of Being Unusual Online and wasn't a minor/neurodivergent/etc, would that make it acceptable to bully them?
idk, it's just kinda ick to me how we seem to approach cyberbullying and online harassment as "don't do it if they have an excusable behaviour" vs "don't do it because people shouldn't be bullied"
