Random DCxDP Prompt/Thought #2

So, I was re-reading Solo Leveling (again), and I thought

What if you throw Sung Jinwoo, Nico di Angelo, and Danny Phantom in one room?

If you have siblings then you know that your parents will and have mistaken your name for your siblings before giving up and saying, “you know who you are!” and you just go over. Or what about when you and your siblings have even one sound of your name that sounds similar and you mistake that name as yours and then you realize it wasn’t you being called but your siblings. Or how about when you were a kid you accidentally followed a person who looks like you mom/dad which is very awkward?

Yeah so, I’m thinking this: Dick called out to Dami when they were out but at the time Damian was mad with Dick so he didn’t go to him, but Danny did since Dami sounds similar to Danny if you don’t listen that well enough not realizing it wasn’t Jazz calling for him. 

This just led to Dick walking all over Gotham with Danny without realizing that this was not this little brother (yet), Danny just going along with the ride because this dude thinks he is this ‘Dami’ person and wonders if there was another clone of his that got adopted somehow, Damian is fucken pissed because Grayson left him at the store and Jazz is now slowly coxing this little boy with very bad anger management issues and slowly warming up to him (and vice versa)

The chase begins.

(To be honest it would be just funny if no one in the Batfam realizes that Danny was not Dami at first because they are all busy with something else to be bothered by the youngest at the moment (except for Cass, Duke and Alfred but they are either not there yet or have their reasons to keep quiet) and they all leave for patrol. Just imagine the Batfam being slightly amazing but Robin’s new “six-sense” and taking down criminals one after another without majorly wounding them. It’s a Gotham miracle!

It just keeps dragging on and on until Danny does something nice for Tim before they all do a double take because Damian would never be nice to Tim of all people willingly, like-

“So, who adopted the new orphan?”

Danny was a little offended by this, Damian (after catching up after some certain obstacles happen (which these obstacles led for Jazz to know he is Robin which I find hilarious)) is just mad and decides that Danny can take his place as the younger brother and refuses to leave Jazz after have a few days to a week of bonding time. She kind of reminds him of both Cain and Grayson with some of Drake’s bad selfcare habits. Clearly, she needs protection of some sort as she would surely would have not survived in Gotham without him.

Danny was walking to his new job in metropolis and sees a big guy with glasses come up and say have a nice day cap the weekend was crazy. right ! I hope you got some rest. Take care don’t want the cap to be out of commission

Danny had never seen that guy before but he was nice so he say bye have a good day too and walked away quickly

Clark had not seen cap out of costume before and thought it was because he needed a break after the threat that took up more of the weekend

Danny Fenton looks exactly like Shazam. He’s now living a comfortable life, he has a normal job and is trying to get away from the superhero stuff. He’s in his mid-late 20’s and doing pretty good for himself. He has no idea why the fuck random people from the strangest places and professions greet him like they’ve met a thousand times before and call him ‘Cap’.

I like this concept I wonder why Danny is his own soul

is it because he is already dead but does not let that define him and carys on with his life

does Tim tell Batman about this ? He probably doesn’t. Would he like to share this with duke because it’s simmalr with his powers being vision based

Tim could see souls. It’s just something he’s always been able to do. Glowing apparitions of their true self and emotions that followed along their bodies.

It was a curse and a blessing. Helping victims of assault and abuse by reading the emotions and body language of their souls made his job significantly easier. It also meant he had to see the traumatized souls of his family.

Batman followed around by a dark grey glowing apparition of a very young Bruce Wayne. 8-13 in range. Wearing a rumpled nice suit. Blood that wasn’t his own splattered on his cheek. The face seemingly too young and too old at the same time. It’s steely eyes showed a life of grief, pain, and torture that looked so so incredibly wrong in a child’s body. It was never not alert. Always scanning its surroundings. Checking every possible exit and taking stock of possible weapons nearby. A child who dictated the rest of its life on grief and made the death of his parents mold him into who he was today.

Seeing Dick walk around with a light blue glowing child following him around. Hopping off walls, jumping around and doing acrobatics off every surface it could reach. It’s face and body changed. Flickering anywhere from 9 to mid 20s. It’s body language hopeful and energetic and yet it’s face seemed haunted. It had seen too much suffering at such a young age. Watching its parents deaths to growing up as a child soldier to protect the streets of Gotham. A battle Dick was willing to fight but a battle not suited for a child’s innocence. A path that shoved a young circus boy to see the horrors of the real world far too soon. It broke Tim’s heart to see Dick talk to Bruce and seem perfectly fine while his soul was curled in the fetal position rocking back and fourth right next to him.

The first time Tim sees Red Hood he had to choke back a scream. Whoever the mob boss was, they were broken. Their soul was sickly glowing green. Their soul looked no older than 10. Its skin seemed to be falling off in large chunks and yet no blood came forth from the wounds, almost in a comical cartoon zombie fashion. Its body was riddled with third and second degree burns. Blisters and charred skin that warped around atrophied muscle and tissue. A broken domino mask barley covered their left eye. It’s hair was greasy and sticking to their head in a tangled mess. A never ending stream of tears flowed from their bright green eyes. The thing that made Tim stop in his tracks out of all of this was what the soul was wearing. A tattered and mangled Robin uniform.

Alright, random idea about the Twin AU, or any AU where Danny is an Al Ghul. Everyone knows that Ra's has an entire army of assassins, but what about the dead assassins? I doubt Ra's is dipping everybody in the Lazarus pit.

So, what if they went to the ghost zone?

And then when Danny dies, these assassins, who are extremely loyal to the Al Ghul family, immediately start following him.

The main assassin in charge, I'm gonna call him Carl, whose been around since the very beginning of the league, who was Ra's right hand man, starts acting as Danny's second in command basically becoming his Alfred.

Carl orders some of the assassins to help Danny out with some small stuff, like distracting some of the rouges so he gets to school on time, killing the hotdogs in the fridge so the little prince doesn't die of poisoning, setting off a Fenton invention so Danny get make a getaway. He definitely orders them to not interfere in big fights, unless Danny really needs the help, as a way for Danny to learn how to fight.

Carl has no idea who the GIW is, but he's gonna find out and then he's gonna blackmail/threaten/unalive some people.

Danny doesn't even know that he's suddenly gained a ghost army, all he knows is that there's a few helpful ghosts hanging around that really hate hotdogs. And then when Danny becomes the ghost king, hoo boy. The assassins replace the old ghost kings army, set up their own system and chains of command just completely change everything. Carl takes FrightKnights place as the king's right hand man/ bodyguard, makes sure all the members of the royal family are safe and is ready to fist fight the time ghost if he makes one more attempt to get his job.

Danny: I wanna be an astronaut. Carl who has no idea what that is: Sure, just let me do some info gathering and blackmail some people. Danny: What? And imagine the batfams reaction.

Danny is an airplane pilot. He wanted to be an astronaut but he realized that this was the closest to his life’s dream that he was going to get. Lucky for him: he becomes the pilot for the Wayne’s personal aircrafts.
