Yea I was editing this one through my tears. Probably the only Weasley twin angst edit I will ever make.

It's such a small detail but I think it's so important for Mylo’s growth that he so freely lets people touch him when he's older. It was only once that he shrugged off affection from Claggor because he was having a bad day, but I've always seen him as being choosey with physical touch - he prefers to be the one to initiate. It's also entirely possible he didn't feel like he could show that sort of affection when he was younger. Mylo may have felt it was a sign of weakness, something he couldn't afford to be. He always held the facade of confidence, projecting strength was a necessity to survive.

But in the AU, Powder and Claggor both are handsy with him when interacting and he's perfectly at ease. He's comfortable and feels safe, largely in part of Zaun's marked improvement. He's still a bundle of nerves but he isn't remotely as jumpy as he used to be. I want to believe that would carry over to any potential romantic partner too: he'd be very openly affectionate and loving. Mylo would embrace little things he couldn't afford when he was younger. He's a romantic at heart, I'm sure of it.

Making Claggor look exactly like Vander with dark wavy hair and pale skin like Silco, and giving Mylo Vander's skin tone, hair, and eye shape, and Silco's eye color, cheeks, and general build was certainly a fucking choice.

- Mylo’s spiked armband (on his left delt) inspired Gert to wear one. She complimented him one day, and he’s been gushing ever since. Couple days later, she fashions the same armband on her right arm.

idk if this makes sense But what if instead of Vi and Powder it was Claggor and Mylo who went through everything that Vi and Powder went through? Like Mylo would be Powder (and become kinda like jinx) and Claggor would be Vi. (Claggor as a pitfighter grr 🫦) SOME STUFF DOESN'T MAKE SENSE IF WE PUT IT IN THIS CONTEXT IK but idk I'm delusional:'<
