I really want to make a WEBTOON canvas, but it just feels so overwhelming and I don’t know where to start (both drawing wise and overall)

Can somone please give me tips? I want to do more with my ocs than just normally draw them and yap 🙏🙏🙏 would be really helpful to get a checklist of sorts🩵🩵
